Conversation24 (formerly LiveChat Service) previously announced that it would enter into a global partnership with the Dutch payment provider Adyen and the Norwegian mobile messaging provider LINK Mobility. KeyReply, the Asian market leader in chatbots and artificial intelligence, is now also added to this list.

In order to continue to respond to the explosive growth of the conversational commerce
market, KeyReply and Conversation24 have decided to merge their solutions. This makes it
easier to integrate chatbots into the conversational platform of Conversation24. Moreover,
this collaboration offers the possibility of realizing a smooth handover, from chatbot, which
