    About the Role
    We are looking for a Global Partner Scout to handle incoming warm leads generated by our outreach partners worldwide.
    Your mission is to qualify, engage, and book short intro calls (10–15 minutes) with our senior partnership managers.

    You will be the first point of contact for potential partners across multiple regions, ensuring they understand our model and the value of working with Conversation24.

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive warm partner leads from our outreach providers across different time zones.
    • Qualify leads based on our global Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and target industries.
    • Engage potential partners via LinkedIn, email, or phone to confirm interest.
    • Clearly communicate our value proposition: performance-based, no-risk, commission + virtual shareholding for partners.
    • Schedule and coordinate intro calls with senior partnership managers in different time zones.
    • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in B2B qualification, inside sales, or partner onboarding in an international environment.
    • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a strong advantage).
    • Ability to quickly build rapport with professionals from diverse cultural and business backgrounds.
    • Highly organized and able to manage a steady global lead flow.
    • Flexible availability to cover multiple time zones.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
