Clients can request a copy at any time or ask about any specific subprocessor. Notices of intended additions or replacements go out before the change takes effect, and clients may object on reasonable data-protection grounds within ten business days.

The Data Processing Agreement governs processor obligations, security, subprocessors, international transfers, data subject requests, incidents, and the return and deletion of client personal data. Where this page conflicts with the Data Processing Agreement, the Data Processing Agreement prevails.
