Your Role
As Strategic Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for expanding our footprint in the leadgen and affiliate world. You’ll connect with performance marketers, affiliate buyers, CPL advertisers, and demand-gen leaders — showing them how our solution can convert more leads into revenue.
What You’ll Do
• Identify, approach, and close high-volume lead buyers and affiliate clients
• Develop strong relationships with decision-makers (Head of Growth, CMO, Affiliate Manager, etc.)
• Understand the economics behind CPL, CPA, and revenue-per-lead models
• Advise clients on how to maximize ROI through our WhatsApp conversion tools
• Work closely with internal teams (tech, onboarding, partner success) to scale accounts
• Accurately track pipeline in HubSpot and maintain a sharp follow-up process
• Own your number — and help the team win together
What You Bring
• 4+ years in B2B sales or business development
• Experience in affiliate marketing, leadgen, or performance media is a must
• Fluent in English (+ other EU language is a plus)
• Strong understanding of the economics behind paid lead models
• Confidence in consultative selling, storytelling, and objection handling
• Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication (Zoho, Slack, etc.)
• You love targets, are not afraid to cold open, and thrive in a fast-growth environment
