Because of the launch of their new Commerce platform, Conversation24 is nominated for the Computable Awards 2022 in the category Customer Experience. The Computable Awards is the event of the year for the IT industry, in which the most important IT awards of the Netherlands are presented.
The Conversation24 commerce platform makes it possible to view and order products via contact channels such as WhatsApp, and to pay for them directly. This benefits both user experience and conversion. The basis is the software platform, developed in-house by Conversation24.
