Whilst pushing the boundaries for conversational commerce, we came up with a revolutionary new approach in customer contact, getting the attention of some of the biggest brands in the world, rolling it out to every corner of the globe.
Conversation24 was founded by Nick Blom in early 2015. The company started as a live chat provider under the name LiveChat Service. After the first office was outgrown in the second year, the company moved to the city center of Rotterdam.
With their three pillars of success; staffing expertise, data marketing and software development, LiveChat Service was now able to offer a complete product as a conversational commerce provider. Later, the services were expanded to a total of five languages: Dutch, German, English, French and Spanish.
The company’s focus transferred from the development of ‘just’ chat software, into a conversational platform (CPaaS). With this change and the acquisition of several companies in mind, a new definition was needed for the group of companies bringing their expertise together in one platform. Conversation24 was born.
At the beginning of 2022, the company expanded its features even more with developing the first catalog & payment integration for WhatsApp, allowing customers to order and pay in WhatsApp. Next to that, we also introduced Lead Automation via WhatsApp, where you contact potential customers within 1 minute through automated messages.
In the future, Conversation24 will keep expanding the platform to stay ahead of the market.
